Join Us at Our Recruitment Open Day

Home Instead New Forest is opening its doors for a Recruitment Open Day, offering a drop-in opportunity for anyone interested in a career in care to learn more about who we are and what it is like to work with us.

• Time: 10am – 4pm
• Location: 5 Rashley Mews, High Street, Lymington SO41 9AR

The open day will take place at our local office, where members of our management and office team will be on hand throughout the day to welcome visitors. This is a chance to meet the team, ask questions, and gain a clear understanding of our values, our approach to care, and the support we provide to both our Care Professionals and our clients across the local community.

We will be sharing information about current roles, the recruitment process, and the training and ongoing development available. Screening and application forms will be available for anyone who would like to take the next step on the day.

Light refreshments, including hot drinks and snacks, will be provided to create a relaxed and welcoming environment. Current Care Professionals are encouraged to invite friends or acquaintances who may be interested in joining the team, and members of the public are welcome to drop in, even if they are just passing by.
