There is paid parking nearby and the morning 2.5hr sessions each week will provide you with the essentials you need to order that beer or find your way around the local area!

The Digital Skills course for over 65s is specifically designed for those needing help with these types of tasks. The course starts on Thursday 9th March 2023 and runs for 4 weeks. It is free to attend and access to a computer will be provided. Held in the library in central Milton Keynes, there is plenty of parking nearby. Bikeability Cycle Training

Cycling is a great way to get around and also has big health benefits but you may have thought you’ve left it too late to learn. Well you might be surprised to know, the Bikeability one hour introductory Learn to Ride course, teaches over 100 people every year, mainly adults. The course run at Stantonbury, Milton Keynes, helps to instill confidence and give practical skills. With Milton Keynes having over 200 miles of redways ideal for cycling, it’s the perfect city to practice in. The course is heavily subsidised by Milton Keynes Council, via a grant from the Department of Transport to encourage more people to cycle and therefore only a £10 booking fee is required. Armchair Yoga is an accessible form of yoga, with modified movements that can be done in a chair. The course runs over 5 weeks and starts on the 20th February 2023 with each class lasting 1 hour. The course includes large amounts of meditation and relaxation, so it’s important that those with hearing difficulties make the course leader aware. This course is also free to attend but booking is required to secure your place. The Armchair Yoga course is run at Church of Christ the Cornerstone in central Milton Keynes.
