Romeo Dance Academy host tea dances every Friday afternoon, 2-4pm in their grand Art Deco style ballroom complete with fully sprung dance floor and licensed bar. The adult ballet classes run by Centrestage Theatre School Milton Keynes are for mixed abilities and the graceful exercises will help to improve posture, stamina and flexibility.
