As you receive support from us, we always listen to your needs. If you prefer someone to be present while you shower for peace of mind, that’s completely up to you. If one day you feel you need more support with than the next, we are here to listen and adjust accordingly. Our person-centred care is flexible, understanding that needs can vary from day to day.
Most importantly, our personal care is always delivered with dignity, respect, and gentle support, ensuring you feel comfortable, cared for, and valued at all times.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.
