Our office team brings together experienced professionals who genuinely understand local care needs in Walkden and across Salford. Led by owner Susan Robinson and our Registered Care Manager Nicky Leack, who brings two decades of care expertise, we have built a close-knit team. We fully manage and support our remarkable Care Professionals with regular check-ins, ongoing training, and a friendly open-door policy where questions are always welcome. Actively involved throughout the local area, we are active members of the Walkden and wider Salford community, running our popular ‘Cuppa and Company’ group every Thursday morning at All Saints Church in Wardley. These weekly sessions, led by our community champion Joanne Robinson, bring local people over 60 together from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm for coffee, cake, games, and friendship. We also support local Memory Cafés across Salford, creating vital spaces where people living with dementia and their families can connect with others, share experiences, and find support in a relaxed setting.
