Our experienced leadership team brings together deep care sector knowledge and a personal understanding of supporting family members. Our Registered Care Manager, Anne-Marie, started as a Care Professional with us over six years ago, while Head of Operations, Rachel James, joined in 2023, bringing exceptional training expertise. Owner Andrew Wood, whose father is 95 and mother lives with dementia, has worked across brain injury, care homes and home care since 2011, giving us a first-hand understanding of how important finding the right care is for families. This same understanding carries into Stoke Bishop and the wider Bristol area, where we run popular monthly film clubs bringing together over 140 older people for entertainment and companionship.
