Amazing feedback from attending paramedics!

We’re very proud of Gemma and Kerri who provided outstanding care for our client after a fall. The feedback below from the North West Ambulance Service is amazing and very well deserved 👏.

We were called out to one of your clients today, in the Maghull area after a fall.

When we arrived one of your staff was there and provided us with the information needed.

After assessing the client, we were aiming to try and leave the lady at home with some antibiotics for a suspected urine infection, as taking her to hospital for this would not have been in her best interest.

Another staff member Gemma arrived, and she was amazing at giving us a more detailed background and made breakfast and lunch for your client.

We were able to contact an out of hours GP who agreed to prescribe antibiotics, and we contacted your on-call Kerri. She was amazing and arranged for these to be collected so that they could be started straight away.

It is such a pleasure to be able to work with an accommodating care provider to enable us to provide the best care, and we feel that the work we did together today provided the best outcome for our patient/your client.

Gemma is an amazing care provider and is a professional and caring person. She was fabulous and we can’t thank her enough for her assistance today.

Kerri could not do enough to help and again was professional and accommodating, she managed to sort out the logistics for us.

If you could please pass on our thanks to them both, they made our job easier, and it was a pleasure to work with them.
