Mike and Catharine are our franchise owners, having taken over in the autumn of 2023. They are looking forward to making a difference in the Liverpool South community and aim to help Home Instead become both the home care provider of choice and the employer of choice.

Rebecca is a vastly experienced operations manager, with over a decade of experience working within Home Instead. She began her journey as a Care Professional in 2012, and today oversees all aspects of Home Instead Wirral, Chester, and Liverpool South's operations.

Jen oversees the welfare of our team of Care Professionals, ensuring they continue to deliver outstanding levels of care across Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South. Her natural compassion, communications skills and attention to detail mean Jen is a perfect fit for her role.

Mary leads our business operations, developing strategies for building key partnerships with local organisations and community groups, where Home Instead can make a difference. Mary has extensive local knowledge, and is committed helping grow the Home Instead brand.

Claire is our Care Manager. She began her career with Home Instead as a Care Professional, joining the Wirral team in October 2020, progressing to ACM, and then Live-in Care Coordinator in 2023. She moved into her current role in October 2024.

Nadine is key to our Care Professional recruitment efforts and the main person you will when you've been invited for interview. Nadine brings her interpersonal skills from years' of experience gained in the airline and travel sector to the Home Instead team.

Nicola is our Training Lead and plays a key part in the induction and ongoing education and development of our Care Professionals, including our award-winning Dementia, and End-of-Life care courses.

Jake is our full-time training officer for Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South. He brings a wealth of experience to his training role, gained from his time as a Care Professional, where he was a national finalist of Care Professional of the Year in 2024
