One of the most important aspects of our service is the provision of CAREGivers who are empathetic understanding and able to provide a highly professional service. Finding just the right CAREGiver for an individual families needs is vital; so we take time to get to know our clients and their families - then we select the CAREGiver who matches those requirements precisely. Each client will be personally introduced to their selected CAREGiver before our service commences. The quality of our CAREGivers work is paramount, they continue to provide support, stimulation and personal care to our clients with absolute dedication and commitment.

Marie - Care Manager
Hi I’m Marie! I joined the Home Instead Senior Care Team in September 2019 as their newly appointed Care Manager, I have a Registered Managers Qualification and have been managing for a number of years. I am very excited to have been selected for the post and to become part of what is already an excellent team!
I have worked in Care for 24 years, starting off as a Carer and then developing personally and professionally on to a Senior Carer, Deputy Manager and Care Manager.
I have worked in a variety of settings and I am passionate about delivering the best possible care that is person centred, to ensure that individual needs and circumstances are met.
Cathy - Needs Assessor, Trainer & Dementia Friend
Hi I'm Cathy! Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care in 2016 I served for 30 years as a Police Officer in the West Midlands area, retiring in 2009.
During my retirement I was a full time carer for my mother who had dementia. Eventually she went into a care home and I joined their charity committee, becoming chairperson.
The desire to care for people is strong in our family as we have several nurses, doctors and foster carers.
I find my work extremely rewarding and enjoy working with my colleagues and I genuinely appreciate the help and guidance they offer me.
Melissa - Recruitment & Development Coordinator & Dementia Champion
Hi I’m Melissa! I have been working in care since 2011, from supporting older people at home to supporting those in a residential setting, during this time I obtained my degree. In 2016 I became a Mother to a lovely little boy, watching him grow has made me eager to find a job role I truly enjoy. I am very excited about my journey with Home Instead Kidderminster as the organisations beliefs and ethos match my own.
I am looking forward to creating true connections in the community of which I live in, as well as finding out how we can help our community.
Carla - Care Coordinator
Hi I’m Carla! I live with my partner and my 3 girls. We have 3 dogs and 3 horses. My life up until 2019 was bringing up my girls but as they got older they needed me less and less, so I decided to go into care as I love helping people.
I started working with Home Instead Kidderminster in 2019 after looking after a lady privately. I decided I wanted to help more people and I find care really rewarding. I started as a CAREGiver then progressed to Senior CAREGiver. The position of Care Coordinator became available and here I am. I love working for Home Instead Kidderminster we have fabulous Clients and CAREGivers. I’m really looking forward to what the future holds for me here.

Hi I am Tracey! I relocated up to this area from South Wales with my Husband and children in March 2020.
I became a CAREGiver in 2011 after experiencing how wonderful my father’s CAREGivers were, during his last few months before we lost him.
Since that time I have worked in a nursing home for 18 months and then went onto a domiciliary care agency for 8 years, which I left before my move up to this area.
I have travelled a lot over the years due to having served myself in the Armed Forces for 5 years and then accompanying my Husband at his postings for a further 22 years, before his retirement.
I am excited to experience this new chapter in my life with Home Instead.
Mandy - Senior CAREGiver & Dementia Friend
Hi I'm Mandy! I have worked within the care sector for the past 30 years, I have also worked within retail, catering and the hospitality industry; but always get drawn back to care. I feel I have found my true vocation. I am currently undertaking a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and strive to be the best I can be.
I originally joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2014. After a break to care for a family member, I returned in January 2017. My role is extremely rewarding, no two days are the same. I am excited to be part of a dedicated caring team here at Home Instead Senior Care and look forward to my opportunities for the future.
Jackie - Senior CAREGiver
Hi I'm Jackie! I live with my partner and three wonderful children. I joined Home Instead Kidderminster in September 2019 and became a Field Care Supervisor in January 2020. Prior to this I worked in a residential care home for eight years, this is where I achieved my diploma in Health and Social Care.
I’m passionate about care and have made wonderful relationships with our clients. My role is extremely rewarding, love to making a difference and look forward to my future with Home Instead Kidderminster.
Rob - CAREGiver & Dementia Friend
Hi I'm Rob! I joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2014.
I have worked in the Care sector since 1999 and find this type of work very rewarding. My role is currently centred around Companionship with care for people who have dementia.
I have seen how important regular outdoor exercise can be for the well-being of our clients and also how activities aimed at stimulating thinking and memory are also of benefit.
I always ensure activities are tailored to the needs and wishes of the client, with guidance from their main carer/ family.
In 2019 I completed an NVQ in Health and Social Care L3.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, and play the classical guitar and double bass in local orchestras.
Laura - Franchise Owner & Dementia Champion
Hi, I’m Laura, the proud owner of Home Instead Senior Care Kidderminster. I currently live in the West Midlands with my family and our two Cocker Spaniels, Samson and Axel.
Previous to Home Instead Senior Care I worked in Construction (quite a jump I know), after 5 years in this industry I knew I wanted something more rewarding.
From the very first moment I walked into the Home Instead Senior Care's National Office I knew it was a family I wanted to be part of.
Over the years I have spent time in all elements of my business and I know the great impact my CAREGivers have on clients. We are able to promote and congratulate clients independence and at the same time, provide a support network for family and friends involved.
