  • Chris founded the Ipswich office of Home Instead with his wife Susanna in 2009 and is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company. He is passionate about empowering people to fulfil their potential and committed to changing the face of ageing.

  • Joanna joined Home Instead in November 2012. She is responsible for the overall management of our growing company, ensuring compliance with the Care Quality Commission's (CQC) regulations and Home Instead’s standards in all aspects of care.

  • Anne joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2015, and in 2017 joined the office team. Anne now holds the position of Head of Care and shares the CQC Registered Manager responsibility for our service with our General Manager and Head of People.

  • Mukti was appointed the role of HR Officer in September 2016 and was further promoted to 'Head of People' in 2018. Mukti shares the CQC Registered Manager's responsibility for our service with our General Manager and Head of Care.

  • Naomi is our Senior Client Services Representative for Woodbridge, Felixstowe, and the surrounding rural areas. Naomi conducts care consultations with prospective clients and liaises with our clients and their families to ensure they receive the highest quality of service.

  • Louise joined us in 2018 as a Care Professional and Weekend Service Supervisor. In 2019 Louise progressed to the office team, where she holds the position of Senior Care Team Leader, responsible for the training, retention and supervision of our coastal caregiving team.

  • Dayrell joined Home Instead in late 2023 as our Care Team Leader for the Ipswich Area. Dayrell is responsible for the training, retention, and supervision of our growing caregiving team in the Ipswich area.

  • Wendy joined us in 2013, holding the position of Client Services Manager for seven years. In 2020 Wendy started a new role for the company as Head of Community Engagement, in which she reaches out to our local communities to create awareness of our services.

  • Latitia holds the position of Client Services Representative. She conducts care consultations with prospective clients, liaises with our clients and their families to ensure they receive the highest quality of service.

  • Dawn joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2018 and in 2020 progressed to the office team, where she holds the position of Care Coordinator, ensuring the smooth running of our service in Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Wickham Market and the surrounding rural areas.

  • Rilwan joined Home Instead in 2022 as a Care Professional and in 2023 progressed to the office team, where he holds the position of Care Coordinator, ensuring the smooth running of our service in Ipswich and the surrounding villages.

  • Claire rejoined the Home Instead team in 2016, having worked with us prior in 2011 as a Care Coordinator. Claire is responsible for the financial administration of the company, including client invoicing, payroll and accounting, and providing PA support to Chris Lye.

  • Sophie joined Home Instead in early 2018 as a Care Professional and in mid-2021 progressed to the office team to take the position of Marketing Coordinator. She is responsible for the company’s digital marketing communications and public relations activities.

  • Penny joined Home Instead in 2020 as a Care Professional & in 2022, progressed to the position of Office Auditor. Penny is responsible for auditing our care notes and ensuring that we are as responsive as possible to our client's needs and supporting our Care Professionals.
