Local homecare provider, Home Instead Senior Care, has received the thumbs up from its clients and carers, achieving outstanding satisfaction scores for its service and job satisfaction.
The company, which visits clients across Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, utilises a unique satisfaction survey called PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) to gather feedback from their clients and caregivers, to ensure they maintain their standards of excellence.
Feedback from the survey has been outstanding, with 100% of clients rating the company's service as excellent or good, and more than 90% of caregivers feeling happy and supported in their work.
Chris Lye, the business owner, explains how their commitment to customer satisfaction is the key to continuing success: "the point of PEAQ is to find out how we can further improve the experiences of our clients and staff. The results have been very pleasing, especially as the scores have increased at the same time as the company has grown over the last 12 months."
"We are determined to maintain our high standards of care and the on-going feedback from PEAQ proves that we are doing that day in, day out. This is a fantastic achievement and, as a team, we are extremely proud of the positive difference we are making to local, elderly peoples' lives."
