Local care provider, Home Instead Senior Care has received the thumbs up from its clients and CAREGivers, achieving outstanding satisfaction scores for its service and job satisfaction.
The company, which is part of a national network, utilises a unique satisfaction survey called PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) to gather feedback from their clients and CAREGivers to ensure they maintain their standards of excellence.
Feedback from the survey has been outstanding with nine out of ten of clients saying they would recommend Home Instead to a friend and more than 90% of CAREGivers feeling happy and supported in their work.
The company has been recently revealed as England’s no.1 home care provider for older people by the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, Laing & Buisson and the satisfaction survey results are an affirmation of this.
