A local homecare company based in Ipswich, which specialises in supporting older people in their own homes, helped celebrate its fifth anniversary with a party for its 80 strong team of CAREGivers.
Chris Lye, who owns and runs the business, said "After five years we are now a well-established company across Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, and I'm extremely proud of the reputation we have built, which has helped us to provide care to more than 500 elderly clients so far."
Chris continued "With an ageing population, caring for the elderly has never been a more important issue. A knock on effect has been a significant period of change and growth in social care, which is leading to a broader range of improved job opportunities in the sector."
"Our CAREGivers are right at the centre of our team here at Home Instead and come from a hugely varied background. But the one thing they all have in common is their real passion for helping others and caring for people in their own home. We provide all the necessary training and are a very friendly, supportive team, so professional experience is not essential. Whether you are 19 or 99, if you are a caring and compassionate person and would like to find out more, then we'd love to hear from you!"
