All Aboard The Memory Bus

A day trip was organised for our wonderful clients and CAREGivers to Felixstowe via a 1964 bus in support of Dementia Action week. The day included a ride along the sea front, a cup of tea on the pier and lunch at Delphines 1950's style cafe on the waterfront.  The day was topped off with an ice cream whilst enjoying the sea view.

Dementia Action Week happens every year in May, and unites workplaces, schools and communities to take action and help improve the lives of those living with this condition. The main aim is to get everyone talking about dementia and help reduce isolation and loneliness.

At Home Instead Senior Care, we work closely with our clients and families to ensure they feel supported by providing a care service that is individual to their needs. We want all our clients to know they can continue to lead happy, productive lives and we support this by training all our CAREGivers to City & Guilds level in Alzheimers & Dementia Care.
Having so much fun
