- My family have used Homeinstead for about 2.5 years and have been more than happy with the care they have provided. The admin staff are always helpful and quickly communicate with us if there are any issues. They regularly have review meetings with us to ensure they are doing the best they can, to check if we are satisfied with their work, to check on the welfare of my parent/s and to see if anything else is required. - I received care from Home Instead (Ipswich, Woodbridge & Felixstowe) during January and February this year following a stroke.
