About Home Instead Ipswich, Felixstowe and Woodbridge
Home Instead Senior Care provides award-winning care, companionship and support for older people living at home. With visits lasting at least an hour and at a time determined by the client, the same CAREGiver will provide the service, giving continuity and peace of mind.
The Ipswich office is owned by husband and wife, Chris and Susanna Lye. Chris and Susanna have strong associations with Suffolk, as well as a clear vision of providing the highest standard of care and companionship to older people, within their own home.
Our clients’ needs range from intense daily personal care to help around the house or companionship for just a few hours each week. They include individuals who have come to us themselves, older children who have referred their parents or relatives, people who receive direct payments from the local authority and individuals who are referred to us by healthcare professionals and support organisations.
Regardless of each clients’ needs and how they came to Home Instead, it is our goal to provide the highest standard of care to each individual. That care is delivered by our carefully selected CAREGivers, who are matched to each client and visit at a time that the client requests.
Whether you are enquiring about care in the home or you are interested in joining our compassionate and dependable team of CAREGivers, please call us on 01473-272301 or 01394-617558.

We had a very thorough initial consultation with the Home Instead manager to find out my mother's needs. Then a potential CAREGiver was chosen and introduced, when this first person did not especially suit my mother, a new CAREGiver was brought in. This new person suits my mother very well. We have just had our six month check and we are very pleased at the personal service that Home Instead in Ipswich offer. We also know that, if in the future my mother needs more hours or different care this could easily provided.Client's daughter, Woodbridge
