Home Instead is delighted to have been revealed as England’s top homecare provider.
The number one result comes from the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, LaingBuisson who, for the last year, has been producing quarterly league tables based on data from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The table shows the percentage of inspected branches which are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards covering care, safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for service users.
The latest quarterly data (July) from LaingBuisson puts Home Instead nationally, once again in the lead position with a score of 97%.
Delighted with the result, Sheena Van Parys of Home Instead in Harrogate, Ripon and Thirsk said,
“This is fantastic news which bears testament to the dedication and hard work of all our CAREGivers.
It is super for all of us involved with Home Instead to get this recognition for the work that we do."
“I think we are able to excel because our standards are set very high and we consistently meet these standards focusing on a special group of people – the elderly. It all starts with the recruitment of the right people for the role then the training and continuous development of each individual to deliver care and support that is highly personal, unrushed and compassionate.”
Sheena Van Parys added; “Thanks to the professionalism and hard work from our office team and the dedication and compassion from our CAREGivers we have managed to achieve this national result, they are the ones who can make a real difference to someone’s life and in doing so help change the face of ageing in the UK."
