Our specially trained Care Professionals understand how to adapt their approach as needs change, whether supporting someone in the early stages who needs gentle reminders or providing more comprehensive care as the condition progresses. We focus on creating positive daily routines that reduce anxiety and confusion, incorporating meaningful activities that connect with your loved one’s interests and personal history. This person-centred approach helps maintain identity and independence, which can be so crucial for emotional wellbeing when living with dementia.

What we do to care for your loved ones

  • Community engagement

We enable you to continue to do the things you enjoy, be it a visit to the garden centre or your local art group.

  • Transportation

Assistance getting you from A to B, whether it be to go visit a friend or help with your shopping.
