Day care at home encompasses all of the aspects of care that we offer to help older adults remain safe, happy and stimulated at home. It offers flexible, person-centred care that can be adjusted to meet the needs of both you and your loved ones. We understand that sometimes, your loved ones need a helping hand during the day to maintain their emotional and physical wellbeing when you can’t always be there with them.
We take the time to get to know you before introducing a friendly Care Professional who will have shared interests to help you build a trusting relationship.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.
