10 Early Signs of Parkinson's
Within the UK around 145,000 people live with Parkinson’s disease, a progressive neurological condition which causes problems in the brain.
We don't yet know exactly why people get Parkinson's, but researchers think it's a combination of age, genetic and environmental factors that cause the dopamine-producing nerve cells to die.
Most commonly Parkinson's is associated with a tremor of the hands, but are you aware of the many other potential signs and symptoms?
It’s important to note that the order and severity of these symptoms can vary from person to person, but if you have any concerns you can speak to your GP.
