Some Home Instead favourite lunch spots

Here are some ideas of places to have lunch in and around Epping Forest.

In this article of my five venues elected three are garden centres which have lovely food on offer throughout the day not just at lunch times. I think it is a lovely way to spend some time looking around the plants and other offerings at the garden centres and then sitting down for lunch.

Ashlyns Farm Shop and Garden Centre, Epping Road, North Weald, CM16 6RZ Telephone 01992 525146

Ashlyns farm shop and café has been a favourite of my family for some time. The farm shop sells a selection of treats and then through the farm shop is the café. We love their hot chocolate and selection of cakes but they also do main meals at lunch time. It is a lovely set up with a large airy café with outdoor seating also available. My children love this place as they also have lots of animals which you can go and walk around, see and feed. In 2022 they added a garden centre, so now you can look around their lovely plants make some purchases and also have lunch in their café. A great combination.
