Home Care in Upper Edmonton

Since we have started using the services of Home Instead Enfield since March for my aunt’s care, we as a family can only applaud and say how greatly appreciative we are for the care my auntie has received. The care has been exceptional and all carers show my auntie care, respecting her dignity at all times. It’s also the behind the scenes from the staff, who have chased up medical appointments, Occupational Therapy appointments and so much more.
Excellent company and would highly recommend.

The care manager, was fantastic when we faced an emergency situation due to my grandmothers regular carer having to go abroad on short notice.
Sohini was helpful and understanding and came out on the weekend. The carer has been consistent and has clearly had great training.

I have to say that we have been really happy with the carers provided by Home Instead Enfield and we would recommend them to others. My dad has been very happy and he has made emotional ties with all of them. He has felt well looked after, not bossed, able to be himself and above all has enjoyed all the ‘chats’. He looks forward to the next morning and is always asking me ‘When is the girl coming’.

I would like to thank you and your team for enabling our mother to remain at home for the last days. Your team of Care Professionals were exemplary and we will be eternally grateful to them all and in particular Sophie, Kathy, Hayley and lately Anca who made our mothers life as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

 

I have been with Home instead Enfield for over 3 years and I have had the same carers from the start. I have a wonderful relationship with them. They are focused and get the job done but we also have a laugh together. I wouldn’t be where I am without them.

We have had a lovely experience with Home Instead Enfield. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my father-in-law. The carers are lovely, great communication and the whole process has taken a lot extra stress off knowing he has the team checking on him throughout the day.
