We have nothing but positive feedback for you.

Carer is absolutely fantastic and my Dad always looks forward to her visits. The positive effect her visits have on my Dad’s mental well-being is immeasurable. She always goes above and beyond, and nothing is too much trouble for her. We (and you as a company) are so lucky to have her!

The caregiving service has been truly amazing. The Caregivers provide Mum with companionship, they help with her evening meals and medication, they walk her dog and help to keep the house clean and tidy. There have been times they have gone above and beyond – driving Mum and her cat to the vet, keeping Mum safe and finding a solution when Mum locked herself out her house, and embroidering the most beautiful flower patch to cover the hole of Mum’s favourite cardigan!

Tailored Respite Care in Edinburgh

We focus on building trust, with our local Care Professionals and office team who take the time to understand the unique needs and preferences of every individual, creating a supportive environment for both client and family. For one family in Joppa, respite care meant a daughter could take a short weekend break, knowing her parent was in safe hands. One client’s wife shared, “Having the Home Instead carer for 2 hours a week took away some of the 24/7 mental strain and allowed me a very welcome respite.”
