What we do to care for your loved ones

We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.
  • Companionship care

We carefully match Care Professionals with clients to ensure a meaningful bond is created.
  • Home help & meal prep

Keeping the home environment clean, safe, and nourishing with home-cooked meals.
  • Personal care

Assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, always respecting the dignity of your loved one.
  • Mobility support

Helping your loved one move around their home safely, including transfers and positioning.
  • Health appointment management

We support you to attend those important health appointments.
  • Community engagement

We enable you to continue to do the things you enjoy, be it a visit to the garden centre or your local art group.
  • Transportation

Assistance getting you from A to B, whether it be to go visit a friend or help with your shopping.
  • Medication management

Ensuring medicines are taken correctly and on time, supporting overall health.

We have nothing but positive feedback for you.

Carer is absolutely fantastic and my Dad always looks forward to her visits. The positive effect her visits have on my Dad’s mental well-being is immeasurable. She always goes above and beyond, and nothing is too much trouble for her. We (and you as a company) are so lucky to have her!

The caregiving service has been truly amazing. The Caregivers provide Mum with companionship, they help with her evening meals and medication, they walk her dog and help to keep the house clean and tidy. There have been times they have gone above and beyond – driving Mum and her cat to the vet, keeping Mum safe and finding a solution when Mum locked herself out her house, and embroidering the most beautiful flower patch to cover the hole of Mum’s favourite cardigan!

Tailored Home Help & Housekeeping in Edinburgh

One client shared, “Anything I need in regard to for example getting my blue badge form for renewals done on a smartphone as I don’t have a laptop or smartphone, taking me shopping, to appointments and generally helping me to live at home myself.” For another client in Edinburgh recovering from a hospital stay, our home help meant assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and regaining confidence with daily routines. We’re proud to offer this level of dedication, ensuring every client feels valued and supported, with a personal touch that goes beyond basic tasks.
