What we’ve been up to this Summer in East Hampshire!

Take a look at what our Clients and Care Pro’s have been up to in East Hampshire and Midhurst.

Our Commitment to continuous learning

At Home Instead, we value continuous training and improving the performance of our Care Professionals. Care Pros complete online training regularly to stay up-to-date on policy and procedure changes. As part of our commitment to being dementia specialists, we have been training our staff in Dementia with City and Guilds this year. Among these great achievements, we also have Care Pros pursuing their Health and Social Care Diplomas. Exceptional work, everyone!

Enjoying the outdoors this summer

Although the summer hasn’t been great, our Care Pros have made the most of it by getting out and about as much as possible – enjoying the outdoors and attending events with their clients. Our goal is to ensure our clients not only get out regularly, but also stay in touch with the things they love doing – and join them on their hobbies!

We're on the move!

For the East Hampshire and Midhurst office, we’ve been blessed with a pool car this year. It’s many uses allow us to be out in the community more, to support care professionals when necessary, and much more. The pool car has been a long time coming, thanks to everyone for your hard work acheiving this! Let us know if you see us out and about!

We’ve been up to so much this summer at Home Instead – Be it Sunflower growing competitions, to selling home made crafts at local craft fairs, to trips to the garden centre, afternoon tea on the watercress line or visiting favourite football grounds to watch a game – our clients are well and truly enjoying all of their hobbies with the help of our fantastic Care Professionals.
