Five star workbuzz award

Home Instead Ealing is delighted to share some exceptional news. For the very first time, the team has been awarded the 5-Star Employer Award by WorkBuzz, a significant milestone that reflects the commitment, compassion and professionalism shown every day by Care Professionals and office staff.

This recognition is based on the annual staff engagement survey and requires both high participation and strong results. Home Instead Ealing exceeded expectations on both measures, highlighting a workplace culture where people feel supported, heard and valued.
