If you’re ready for a job that gives back and supports you too, Home Instead Dudley & Sandwell South could be just the place for you.

We’re more than a care company. We’re a team of people who show up for each other, support one another, and make a real difference every single day. Whether you’re looking for part-time work, a new full-time role, or a change in direction, there’s a place for you here.

We Look After You, So You Can Look After Others

We know care work isn’t always easy, so we make sure you’re never doing it alone. Here’s what you can expect when you join us:

– A proper start with full training
You’ll complete our detailed induction, shadow real visits with experienced Care Professionals, and be matched with a mentor in your early weeks. Our support doesn’t stop there; we also offer regular refresher sessions and the chance to work toward NVQ qualifications and City & Guilds assured training.

– Fair pay and real-time respect
We pay for your travel time, waiting time, and mileage, so you’re never out of pocket for doing the job properly.

– Visits that aren’t rushed
We don’t believe in flying in and out. Our visits are at least an hour long, and we use block scheduling, so you have time to care properly and build real trust with clients.

– Welfare support that’s actually useful
You’ll have regular wellbeing calls, in-person supervisions, and access to our wellbeing toolkit whenever you need it. We’re serious about looking after your mental and emotional health.

– A team that feels like a team
You’ll always be introduced to clients before your first visit, and you’ll be invited to regular Care Professional meetings to catch up, share feedback and get support.

– We make time for the good stuff
From team picnics to informal drop-ins at the office, we make space for connection, not just coordination. We love taking the opportunity to unwind together.

We offer a wide range of roles to suit your skills and future goals:
