Introduction
Home Instead Dartford is your local care provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised care to the residents of Dartford and Bexley and the surrounding areas. Founded in 2019 by Ram and Christina, our company was born from a passion for helping others and a deep personal understanding of the challenges faced by families seeking care.
With extensive backgrounds in hospitality, Ram and Christina bring a unique perspective to the care industry. Their experience in creating exceptional guest experiences has shaped our commitment to providing the highest level of care and support to our clients.
Our Journey
Our journey began with a small office in Swanscombe and a focus on delivering high-quality, in-house training to our Care Professionals. Since then, we have grown significantly, relocating to larger premises in Erith to accommodate our expanding team and training facilities.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and Brexit, we remained steadfast in our commitment to our community. Our Care Professionals demonstrated remarkable resilience, earning the prestigious Pandemic Hero award from Swanscombe Council.

- Silverbirch Lunch Club: Our free lunch club offers companionship, nutritious meals, and entertainment for seniors in the community.
- Singing for the Brain: This initiative, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society, provides music-based activities to support individuals living with dementia.
