The Oakmere Tea & Dining Room
The Oakmere Tea & Dining Room is a great spot on the high street overlooking a lovely view of Oakmere park directly across the street. There is plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Fantastic in the summertime to sit, have a nice hot cuppa and enjoy the scenery. The indoor interior is spacious, cosy and a great place for our friends with dementia. The café serves up a variety of hearty of dishes from paninis and wraps to jacket potatoes and other delicious hot dishes to suit every palette.
It is also a firm favourite in the local area for its delicious coffee.

Milly’s patisserie
Milly’s patisserie is located towards the Little Heath end of Potters Bar. Previously a beautiful Florist but has very recently partnered with Ramel Florist to become a Florist Café. Milly’s is famous for its bespoke range of cakes, sweet treats, and stunning floral arrangements. Very spacious indoor and outdoor seating available. Very popular spot in Potters Bar so we do recommend reserving a seat if you plan on visiting on warm sunny days.

Cobbs Bakery, Salad and Sandwich Bar
Cobbs Bakery can be found on Potters Bar High Street, next door to the local post office. It is a lovely family run café serving a wide range of delicious and wholesome hot and cold food for breakfast, brunch and lunch as well as tea and coffee. The hearty and generous plates are freshly cooked and will leave you feeling very satisfied. The café is open from 07.00am for early risers looking for a spot of breakfast. Mario and his team are also happy to help and make recommendations.

Dutch Nursey and Garden Centre
Dutch Nursey and Garden Centre is another one of our top favourite spots just outside of Potters Bar. It is a lovely little garden centre, café and food hall. We highly recommend their butchers, COOK and greengrocer.
COOK prepare freshly made home-cooked meals which are then frozen. They are ready made meals for 1, 2, 4 or 8 people ready to be popped straight in the oven. Our Care Pro’s are more than happy to help prepare the meals and serve them to our Clients too!
