“Thank you so much for the care, love and support that you gave to both Mum and our family over the past few months. I don’t think that I will ever forget you and the “shoe” moment will also live with me forever.”
Thank you so much for the care and love that you gave to Mum. What you did for her and us on that Friday will live with us forever.”
Client Family Members

“Can not recommend these guys highly enough.
Care pros turn up on time, do a great job and actually care – and I mean really care. They don’t just do the job, they truly care about their client.
For the first year, we used them initially for companionship and a bit of light housework, and as mum’s health deteriorated they stepped time after time.
If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing. These guys are simply the best”
Gill Nash

Great Company! Highly recommend! Thoroughly deserve to be mentioned, never met a team like yours.
Mrs Gretton (Client Family Member)

“Please can you pass on my sincere thanks to you and all the team, it has been a pleasure to know my late mother was looked after both professionally and personally on such a high level of care and commitment. My brother and I wish each and every one of you our sincere thanks”
Lindsay

“Home Instead looked after mum for 15 months and in that period of time they treated her with affection and remained highly professional. The carers got to know her quickly and made sure every aspect of her care was dealt with even allowing her to be independent when she requested. Nothing was too difficult for them and they regularly went above and beyond. Mum really looked forward to the carers going and they had such a laugh. Living so far away from mum I had total peace of mind. The whole team are first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing care.”
HJ

“‘M’ misses you all and she is doing fantastic and has settled in really well and has even refused to have carers. Having her family around her and her not being alone throughout the day has given her a new lease of life. She has had lots of trips out and is having lots of fun with her family.
‘H’ said you all made such a difference to her life.
Thank you all for making her time with us as special as it was!”
Heather

“An outstanding service. My Dad was trying a care home, and after a few months, he decided he was not ready to stay but needed care. At my request, the manager from Home Instead visited him before he returned home. After talking with Dad, she arranged for three male carers to visit him. She also educated me on some of the problems I was having and explained how she could help. She was the first person who not only understood my problems but provided me with actual solutions. Initially, Dad thought he did not need carers but after a few weeks, he looked forward to the visits as the carers became his good friends. I found the carers exceptionally professional, patient and caring. I wish we had discovered Home Instead years ago.”
Pamela

“My mam was quite reluctant to ask for help/assistance but she very soon was taken by the people that came to the house. They were always punctual and a joy to be around. She looked forward to their visits and would actually tell me that she ‘loved’ the ladies who attended. Home Instead became a feature of her life, that was assured to bring her some happiness”
Chris H (Son of Client)

“I find the ladies who come are very friendly and keep me company. They will do anything I ask of them. I enjoy the company and look forward to them coming.”
J L (Client)

“Excellent staff, always punctual, efficient and very caring. Dad is very happy and content. Administration team are always readily available and helpful. My family are completely happy and satisfied with Home Instead. A really great company.”
K T (Daughter of Client)

“The company’s system is very well planned and executed. The carers are all well-trained, very knowledgeable and professional. Well presented, reliable and extremely pleasant.”
F G (Client)

“I would like to commend one carer in particular, she always goes above and beyond she makes sure I’m comfortable she always makes sure everything is clean ie the commode. She is very gentle and explains everything. She isn’t patronising at all. I just think she needs recognition.”
Pat E (Client)

“Carers attended my mam twice a day and treated her with great respect and dignity. She met all the staff in advance and had several oversight visits to ensure standards were maintained. Management took time to explain to me, in detail, all the steps and processes involved in setting up a care package and I was confident in the wider organisation’s support, having visited their offices.”
F F (Son of Client)

“Highly professional, exceptionally caring and extremely well organised.
My 97-year-old father is now much happier being at home following care home respite and being very well looked after by the Cleveland Home Instead team.
Highly recommended.”
Alex D (Son of Client)

“As a family, we are very pleased with Home Instead, having moved over from another provider. All of the carers treat our mother well and she is generally happy, although she copes with failing health issues. she looks forward to seeing the carers each day.”
Timothy D (Son of Client)

“I have used the services of Home Instead to look after my dear mother for the last four years; without a doubt, the best care company I have used. Their caring and professional approach to looking after their clients is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. I love how the carers have business insurance on their vehicles and could take my dear mother out on her weekly outings while I was at work. If you are looking for a five-star treatment to look after your loved one, I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead.”
L R (Daughter of Client)

Excellent service from all staff, both carers & office staff. My father had a team of regular carers, who became friends during the more than 2 years during which we used Home Instead. The office would always call me or one of my siblings to tell us in advance if a new carer would be visiting.
They were also most accommodating whenever we had specific requests, such as asking the carers to remind Dad to check his phones for messages.
When Dad had hospital appointments and no family member was available to accompany him, Home Instead provided carers to do this.
None of us live locally, but Home Instead enabled Dad to stay in his own flat until his last stay in hospital.
I can’t recommend Home Instead highly enough.
