The anonymous survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz found that:
100% of care professionals would recommend Home Instead as a great place to work;
97% feel motivated to do their best work;
100% of care professionals praised the recruitment process, initial training and support;
100% agree they feel confident meeting their clients’ needs.
