Seal of Approval

Since opening the office earlier this year, Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley has steadily built up a reputation in the local community for consistently delivering a high quality care service, which is entirely person centred and based on respect and dignity.

Our approach, quality culture, commitment to the training and development of CAREGivers and a national ageing initiative were amongst the many subjects of a recent cross sector meeting held at our office in Eden House. A selected number of interested parties including Home Instead Senior Care CEO Trevor Brocklebank and Non-Exec Director Sam Brocklebank, North West service users, West Lancashire faith and voluntary sectors and a National Charity were all represented.

Commenting on the discussions, Gail Godson said "It was a refreshing opportunity to meet with cross sector executives on both a local and national level, the open debate was most enlightening and we welcomed the chance to further expand on how person centred, high quality care is managed and consistently delivered throughout Home Instead ".
