99% On-Time in September 2026

We’re pleased to share that throughout September 2026, 99% of our care calls were delivered on time.

While we’re proud of the figure, on-time performance is about much more than a percentage.

For the people we support, knowing that a Care Professional will arrive when expected can provide reassurance, consistency and confidence in their everyday routine. A visit might involve help getting ready for the day, preparing a meal, companionship, support getting out and about, or simply having someone there at an agreed time.

For families, that reliability can be equally important, providing peace of mind that their loved one is receiving the support they need.

Achieving 99% on-time performance reflects the work taking place across our whole team. From careful scheduling and behind-the-scenes communication to our Care Professionals travelling throughout West Lancashire and Chorley to support Clients in their own homes, everyone has a part to play.
