Home Instead West Lancashire & Chorley is proud to have achieved 100% on-time performance throughout August 2026, delivering all scheduled care calls on time.

While 100% is a fantastic result for the team, being on time means more than an operational statistic.

For a Client, a scheduled visit may mean support with their morning routine, help preparing a meal, companionship or assistance that enables them to continue living independently at home. For their family, knowing that support will arrive when expected can provide valuable reassurance.
