Julie: Our August 2026 Star of the Month
We’re delighted to recognise Julie as our August Star of the Month for going above and beyond to support a Client and the wider team.
We are delighted to recognise Julie as our August Star of the Month at Home Instead West Lancashire & Chorley.
Julie was nominated after going above and beyond to help support a Client who temporarily required 24-hour care at home.
When additional support was needed, Julie stepped in to provide overnight care for the Client while continuing to fulfil her usual day-to-day visits and responsibilities.
Her flexibility and willingness to help played an important part in enabling the wider team to continue providing the level of support the Client needed during that period.
It was a fantastic example of the teamwork, reliability, and compassion our Care Professionals demonstrate when circumstances change and someone needs additional support.
Our Care Professionals are at the heart of the home care we provide throughout West Lancashire and Chorley, building trusted relationships with Clients and helping people continue living safely and independently in their own homes.
