At Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley we are always looking for ways to improve our range of high quality care services. Our team are constantly reviewing, developing and improving our range of services we provide and as part of our continuous improvement programme, we asked our clients if they could possibly complete a PEAQ questionnaire and return it to an external specialist organisation called Smith & Henderson for independent review and analysis.
We have now received the results of our PEAQ survey for 2014, just over fifty percent of the returns completed, so thank you so much to those clients who kindly gave up their valuable time to do this. The survey showed some encouraging results:
Eighty nine percent agreed or strongly agreed that their CAREGiver takes an active interest in them as a person.
Eighty two percent agreed or strongly agreed that their CAREGiver goes the extra mile to make a positive difference to their life.
Fifty six percent rated our service excellent.Thirty nine percent rated our service as good with five percent rating it as average so that means ninety five percent of those completing the survey thought our service was either excellent or good.
Of the people who returned a survey, one hundred percent said they would be likely or very likely to recommend Home Instead Senior Care to a friend or family member.
