Robert Godson, with extensive experience in logistics and central government, aims to positively impact the local community through high-quality care services. Partnered with his wife Gail, a former NHS nurse, they launched Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley together

Gail Godson, a Lancashire-trained nurse with over 30 years in the NHS, combines professional and personal care experience. As a mother of four and holder of a BSc (Hons) in Professional Health Studies, she has held senior roles, including Executive Nurse.

Dawn Taylor began her journey with Home Instead in 2017 as a care professional, quickly rising to Quality Compliance Officer and then Care Manager, thanks to her dedication. Previously in the fashion industry, she finds immense job satisfaction in delivering quality care.

Alison joined Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley in late 2024 as Care Manager. With extensive experience in the care industry, she brings valuable insights and leadership to the team, dedicated to enhancing care services in Chorley.

Liam first joined us in February 2020. Having originally came via a placement opportunity in partnership with Edge Hill University. Initially as a Social Media/Website Content Admin, his role as the DTO encompasses all things digital with Home Instead.

Mandy Fenton brings over 20 years of experience in the care sector, specialising in autism, mental health, dementia, and Alzheimer's. She holds a QCF Level 5 in health and social care and currently serves as our lead trainer, sharing her expertise with care professionals.
