Sarah: Our September 2026 Star of the Month

We’re delighted to recognise Sarah as our latest Star of the Month at Home Instead West Lancashire & Chorley, celebrating the positive difference she is already making as one of our newer Care Professionals.

Since joining the team, Sarah has demonstrated the attentiveness, initiative and genuine care that are so important when supporting someone in their own home.

Recently, Sarah went above and beyond for a Client by taking a proactive approach and helping to ensure an important part of their usual routine was not overlooked.

It is a great example of how high-quality, person-centred home care is often found in the small details. Being observant, recognising when something needs attention and taking the appropriate action can provide valuable reassurance for both Clients and their families.

Although Sarah is still relatively new to Home Instead West Lancashire & Chorley, she is already proving to be a fantastic addition to the team and demonstrating the qualities we value in our Care Professionals.

Our Care Professionals play an important role in helping older people across West Lancashire and Chorley remain safe, confident and independent in their own homes, while providing support that is shaped around each individual and their everyday routines.
