This week, we were delighted to welcome Innes Laing, Franchise Director at HSBC plc, to our Home Instead West Lancashire & Chorley office in Ormskirk as part of our 2025 celebrations – marking our tenth consecutive year recognised as an ‘Outstanding’-rated care provider by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

It was a pleasure to spend time sharing the incredible work our dedicated team of Key Players and Care Professionals continue to do across our local communities. Every day, our teams deliver compassionate, high-quality care that enables our Clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes for longer.

During his visit, Innes shared his deep understanding of the care sector, discussing the challenges, opportunities, and the shared sense of purpose that drives everyone working within the care industry. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on the importance of partnership, resilience, and the positive impact that quality home care brings to individuals and families.

At Home Instead, making a difference is not just part of the job, it’s at the very heart of who we are. From the Clients we care for to the families we support, every person-centred visit matters. Our founding values of respect and dignity remain just as strong today as when we first opened our doors almost fifteen years ago.

We’d like to extend a big thank you to Innes Laing for taking the time to visit our team, learn more about the meaningful work we do, and help us celebrate another milestone year of Outstanding care and community service. Here’s to continuing to make a difference together throughout 2025 and beyond!
