Walk, Talk, Foraging

It was wonderful to be invited along as a guest of the NHS Social Prescribing Team, to take part in Active Lancashire‘s Walk, Talk, Foraging (WTF) afternoon!

We all first met up at the Ecumenical Centre, before then taking a walk round Skelmersdale, including the fantastic Tawd Valley Park🌿💜
