In honour of 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲, a special day dedicated to celebrating the beauty and power of poetry, we wanted to share these beautiful poems by members of the Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley family.
