In January 2026, Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley recorded an on-time performance of 95% across all scheduled care visits.
Providing care in people’s homes relies on careful planning, strong communication, and the commitment of our Care Professionals who travel between our amazing Clients throughout the day. While factors such as weather, traffic, or unexpected changes can occasionally impact schedules, our team works hard to ensure visits take place as close to the planned time as possible.
Maintaining reliable visit times helps provide reassurance and consistency for Clients and their families, which remains an important part of the service we deliver.
