Home Instead looked after our elderly parents with care and compassion. When dad passed they continued to care for mum in the same manner. Some of the carers became like family and the back office always worked with us to find solutions for issues as we live so far away. Home Instead would email us a shopping list and we would shop online which they would then collect. Just an example of how they would go literally the extra mile to make sure care was optimised. We both really appreciate everything they did.

Having worked for Home Instead for nearly 5 years, I can honestly say it is the best company I have ever worked for. I am of a mature age and so I have had experience with many other companies. Home instead are empathic, helpful, understanding and always there for you. This covers both aspects of your life, personal and work. The team in the office are very friendly and fun, and if you feel like popping in for a chat and coffee, you are always made so welcome.

Deciding and finally getting my mother-in-law to agree that she needed support was a huge step but an even bigger step was finding the right carers . After many phone calls to various companies I came across ‘Home Instead’ . So kind and caring from that initial enquiry.
Such caring, friendly and lovely carers has made the whole experience a good one. Would definitely recommend this company for your loved one’s care.

Seriously, could not be more impressed and grateful for all the amazing work you and the team are doing with our parents. We are immensely impressed and very thankful.

Henry Forbes (Son of Client)

Tailored Personal Care in Chichester

“Home Instead provided excellent care which meant that my father was able to live at home for the final months of his life. The team of carers who supported him were wonderful. Their companionship and care ensured that he was as independent as his condition allowed, and could be in control of some decisions even when he wasn’t able to do everything he wanted.” This feedback from Clare, a client’s daughter in Chichester, reflects our commitment to delivering personal care that prioritises both dignity and independence.
