Up the fun with some senior-friendly games and fun activities in and around Chichester and Bognor Regis, from bowling to bingo and everything in between.
Take your senior family member or friend for a game of ten-pin bowling. Tenpin Chichester is located at Chichester Gate Leisure Park, off Terminus Road. There is a large car park which allows free stays for up to 4 hours, so plenty of time for bowling and a drink or bite to eat.
The centre has 16 bowling lanes, a licenced bar and food available. Bowling options are flexible for seniors. Side lane barriers can easily be activated to enable higher scoring and bowling can be used to make things a little easier for senior bowlers.
Adventure golf can be a fun morning or afternoon out for your senior friend or family member. Wildforest Falls is situated in Hotham Park, close to the town centre. A beaver dam complete with waterfall and fallen log putt-through, tree stump vortex and ‘Hotham Clock Tower’ putt-through are just a few of the obstacles players will have to negotiate throughout the 18-hole course.
Although largely flat, seniors will need reasonably good mobility to navigate around the course and its various obstacles. Check the website for prices and opening times as they do vary throughout the year. Refreshments are available at the kiosk where drinks, snacks and ice creams can be purchased. Public toilet facilities are available in the park.
