I have been working with Home Instead for nearly four years and I’m really enjoying it. The training is fantastic and the office team are very helpful and supportive. The continuity of care that we provide our clients means that we can build strong relationships with them based on trust, respect and understanding. Having worked for Home Instead for nearly 5 years, I can honestly say it is the best company I have ever worked for. I am of a mature age and so I have had experience with many other companies. Home instead are empathic, helpful, understanding and always there for you. This covers both aspects of your life, personal and work. The team in the office are very friendly and fun, and if you feel like popping in for a chat and coffee, you are always made so welcome.

Deciding and finally getting my mother-in-law to agree that she needed support was a huge step but an even bigger step was finding the right carers . After many phone calls to various companies I came across ‘Home Instead’ . So kind and caring from that initial enquiry.
