The Office team at Home Instead Charnwood joined Sharon from Wellbeing4Life The team are working really hard 7 days a week, 50/50 in the office or from home to support our clients and CareGivers. At stressful times it is important to look after your own wellbeing to ensure you can continue to care for others. The team – lead by Sharon went through some breathing and laughter exercises to try to help them all cope at this challenging time. Thankyou Sharon it really helped the team. We have also sent out a full well-being pack to our CareGivers – some great ideas and self care. Take care stay Safe.
