You are matched to a Care Professional who is trained to the highest clinical standards. Working alongside your own health teams and our bespoke clinical training partners, care can be adapted according to your own specific needs and will evolve as your neurological condition changes.

Neurological conditions can impact many areas of life. Receiving support at home with continence is one way we can make you or your loved one comfortable and safe at home. We can help those who have continence aids, catheters, sheaths, and stomas fitted. Nutritional support needs are also common, this can be assistance or full support with a feeding tube, or simply help with meal preparation; gastrostomy care is key to helping people live well at home. We understand that many neurological conditions can affect a person’s breathing. You may have a range of inhalers, nebulisers, oxygen, or ventilation such as BiPAP and CPAP to support you in managing your symptoms. Rest assured; our Care Professionals will work according to your existing health care plan  from your NHS care team. Together, they will support you in the place you feel most comfortable: at home.
