Valeways and Dinas Social Join Forces for a walk and fun
In January we ran our first collaborative group with Valeways.
We aim to pilot this approach for 6 months to see if walking followed by quizzing is considered a fun way to stay fit and have fun.
For those who may want to join us moving forwards, we meet outside The Cross Keys Pub in Dinas Powys at 10am for a 45 minutes stroll.
You would then meet back at the pub for free hot drinks and biscuits, along with Home Instead’s famous Honky Horn quiz.
Our winning team is pictured, and as ever, we discovered some very talented individuals when it came to singing or dramatic interpretations to earn bonus points.
If you would like to join us next month we meet on Monday 2nd Feb at 10am outside the pub for a walk.
If you are unable to join in for the walk, just come along at 11am for the drinks and quiz, we’d love to see you.
