Valerie Gooding delivered an interesting talk to our Rhiwbina MenoPals group in November.

She is a life coach with a difference as she believes the Menopause is an opportunity to become your authentic self.

Her knowledge of how our brains work and how to use this to our advantage, gives her an unusual skill mix, along with her ability to help you feel your best, by looking your best, with her styling tips.

With experiential exercises and the telling of her own story, she demonstrated how we can influence our Menopausal experience, which is so valuable when we are struggling to cope with symptoms.

We had time to share personal insights and information throughout the session, so the learning opportunities were plentiful.

We look forward to meeting more local women in December when we have some festive fun.
