At our Whitchurch Memory Café in June, we had Suzy from Rise facilitate seated cricket.

Our ball skills were honed by practicing rolling, catching, and bowling. Our batting skills and aiming at the stumps were pretty impressive. This was a modified game, but the two teams were very competitive. The final scores were close but everyone still got to hold the winner’s cup with Steve and Liz named players of the match!

Our first guest was Thomas Horlock-Norton from The Care Collective, who came to tell us about all the help, advice and support on offer for Carers. Contact The Care Collective to find out more information.

Our second guest was Paula Bowen from Versus Arthritis who informed us of all the support on offer from her organization. We shall be featuring them when we visit their group later in June.

We look forward to seeing everyone again next month!
